Danny,
I have had the oppurtunity to read the article By Susan Antilla and I have been around following the threads and the discussions.

1)Firstly you have to assume that a reporter is under a deadline and also that they want to sell papers. You are hot and she is trying to capitalize on you.Heck she probably got a pat on the back for nailing down the interview and maybe a raise. They all want a piece of you and my advice is to remember they can be very political and only ask questions to sure up the type of story they intend to write.

2)Secondly-As to your trading under a custodial account I presume you have talked to someone at the brokerage house and they have said you can trade on the net as your father is the custodian and has buying and selling authority. When you log on the brokerage assumes it is your father and that is their reason for saying it is permissable.

3)S.E.C-- If the SEC decides to pursue any form of charges against you or initiate an investigation I would presume they would have to do the same with anyone who has ever bought stocks including the local barber.Tell me of anyone outside the net who has ever bought stock and then never talked about it to a friend with a similar interest. Is this fraud or front running?I think not and they are not paid, licensed or have promoters.

4)Contacting Management-How many of the ordinary investors bother to call a companies management to ask questions? Better still alot of the IR people hired by the firms are just that"paid touts" and most times you can get better info by doing your own Due Diligence.Chances are when you call management the can't tell you anything but in your case even if you did call them do you think they are going to admit to it? Not a chance.

Understanding you are 15 is something you have never have hidden but you are making some people very nervous and alot of people don't like the way you are growing in popularity. So, welcome to the world of investing/trading.Think before you speak and always be on gaurd. If they come after you there are alot of people who will be worrying and not just on the internet.Good Luck and always think before you speak. It's a dog it dog world out there and the little dog always gets eaten...........
