TS Educate me, how does a firm give a "technical sell" and not feel that stock value has degraded? If the value hasn't degraded, why issue a sell? If a sell is issued, then the rating of the stock must be diminished - even if in perception only. It appears INTC is not a WS darling, maybe a target.
