Raytheon is asking that Yahoo! Inc. be forced to reveal the identities of the discussion board participants, ZDNet reported. "We encourage the free exchange of information among our employees, but the issue here is the disclosure of proprietary financial and business strategy information," spokeswoman Toni Simonetti was quoted saying. The lawsuit was filed in Middlesex Superior Court in Cambridge, Mass. The messages dealt with the company's financial health, pending business deals, and confidential employee data, the published report said.
