Aus - Exactly! And what is in a Rio player? There will be produced a chip if there isn't already, a battery holder, an onterface to a headphone and a CF slot. Now how much is all that? My guess is that in quantitiy it can't be more than $10 for a basic chip set and housing. You can't make a MiniDisk player for anything like that....too many moving parts!!!
