Re your stock pick HEAL, did you happen to read the following in the 10-K?

As discussed in Note 2 to the financial statements, the Company's recurring losses, negative working capital and negative cash flow from operations raises substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

Does that bother you?

Also, is the company still in default on its debentures? Where do you expect this company to get the cash to survive... a convertible preferred perhaps?

From Note 2 in the 10-K:
Additionally, the Company has commenced efforts to raise, through, the sale of preferred stock, the additional capital required to fund planned 1999 activities.

Looks to me you picked a real good pos here.
