Another reality check. Today's software buyout, New Dimension Software, was at the following multiples: 6.69 x rps, 30 x cfps, 33 x eps, and 11.9 bvps. These multiples would value OMGA at $7.57 share. Also New Dimension's revenues were up 44% and income up 86% from the year previous quarters.
