Kevin, I am not positive that I can provide you with the most accurate answer but I'll try anyway. I believe that there are approximately 11.6M shares outstanding with about 9M being closely held by insiders or 3-4 major outside investors. My understanding in talking to the company is that there are only about 1.5M shares that they think might be in the actual float, or potential trading shares as we speak. I would recommend calling the company to verify. I do believe that I am in the ballpark. KMAC
