I'm not sure I get the point with this
ability to send a 'fax' over an IP network..

I get a recap of my day's trades faxed to my
home PC from my clearing firm each nite..I have
a 'fax' software package on the PC..the fax is sent
by the sender via POT to my PC .. so I guess the
sender is incurring LD charges to send the fax ..
All things being equal..what cost savings would
the sender see utilizing this service ??

Is the sender incurring a single charge from
his ISP to access the IP network to route the
faxes??? and must all the recipients obtain
some new unique number from EFAX or other
provider to use the service ??

Jim in CT..guess I need to do some more DD
