That is pretty old news ....

but do keep in mind that even then they were talking:

Cetek is expanding its capacity with the addition of new equipment, and preparing for increased capacity after several planned acquisitions. Targeted acquisitions are companies that are not only in line with Cetek's overall business model, but are available at low cost and show strong fundamentals.

so .... it is not like there wasnt/isnt a strategy for growth in place.
