Thank you very much for your information, I will intently watch INTC... Yes I have noticed the increased volatility which makes it that more attractive to trade.

As for my current position, I had purchased some puts last week, that proved profitable, when aINTC dove to about 112, I thought that it may go through support and land at around 105 - 106.

At which point I added to my original position.

That proved a mistake as 112 showed to be good support,(let's not forget last Friday either), and began to bounce. At that point I closed the original position at a profit, so essentially I was ridding with free money. Still, the chart (in my eyes), looks a bit dicey, not to mention that the market although impressive, I am not 100 % convinced that this rally represents a renewed upwards move.

So, given that... I added yet to the puts, as their cost was not that large.... then Monday came and the news of the anti-trust case "deal", well, my position surely looked like squashed mango on a hot day... at which point I simply decided to "wait it out", and yes, at this point red arse was a better definition for my "puts"

But then, out of nowhere, we had today, and the rumors... now this looks interesting since the chart looks like Mr. Market slammed it back to 115 plus... which negates the small rally it was trying to build, so now I guess the dark force is back on top... would the rumors prove right ? I have no idea...

I am beginning to believe that we now have more probabilities to go down than up, particularly if the rumors are left to run free... or if Mr. Market has one of the spastic attacks, (to the downside, as it is its turn), that the media loves to squawk about...

No doubt, an interesting situation, if it accelerates to the downside, I will attack adding to my left over position, and if it turns up, which I doubt, (at least in the short term), I will simply watch my valiant position die, waiting for the dark force to turn my way....

Again, thank you for your views.
