From zekel's post on Raging Bull concerning the Emerging Companies interview with David Haberman at

From memory, here are some of the points I picked up:

1. The Fuel Cell introduction at the April meeting will be significant -- they mentioned that several other fuel cell companies are trading at $10-$20 with NO product until 2004, and they (DCHT) will have a product out the door this year immediately.

2. They talked about the Allied Signal partnership now moving forward from simply a supplier to now a partnership that will also provide marketing along the lines of Aerospace markets.

3. They emphasized the importance of partnerships with developing products with Sandia, Oak Ridge National Labs, Desert Research Institute, and the NREL and how they are using that relationship to developing new products.

4. The bridge monitoring program was mentioned with Antaeus and the money (millions) being thrown around by the government for research on the transportation infrastructure.

5. Emphasized the Leningrade nuclear safety program alliance with Westinghouse.

6. Brief mention of other companies they are working with such as Lcokheed, Ford, Damler-Benz, GE, Northrup Grumen, etc....

7. Fuel cells was the buzz word throughout most of the interview and the billions in market opportunities. The interviewers looked pretty impressed with everything they were hearing.

8. Haberman started off the interview talking about the concept of fuel cells as well as hydrogen safety.

9. Oshinsky talked about the market segments which will utilize the products they develop.

10. The interviewers went on twice saying that despite the fact that "they have overrun the allotted time to talk about DCHT, they were going to extend the time based on the fact that the subject was so interesting and that they wanted to hear more.

regards;

zekel
