It's tough being smart. I make no bones about it. If anyone wants to give me a hard time, bring it on. It's tough to be smart. Your teachers hate you, they think you are a smart ass. The other students hate you, they know you are smarter than them, but if you are so smart, why aren't you cool? People like Bill and Hillary Clinton, with IQ's in the 140 range, they are the ones who benefit from it, they are smart enough to con the rubes but not too smart not to know how to identify with a rube.
I keep telling myself, so what, what good is it? It's worth nothing unless you can do something with it. But, I amuse myself, so it's not worthless. |
