I don't use logic , only the fact

but if you ask logic ,i can give you one

Ask yourself ,Why intel warn after announce take over LEVL I (pay by intel stock)

That will not make LEVL share holder very happy and make the deal look cheap

so why intel has to wait MAR 4 to announce the take over after they knew for sure qt1 should be ok

the deal set for intel stock at 118-120

so why stock has the hard time go hi-er 120
