And I agree with both of you. I hope the settlement is big, because I've been long this stock for a while, and it has been the mother of all putzy stocks. Thet do have a tendency to pad their earning announcements, and to be vague. I have e-mailed them for pariculars, or I'll search the 10-k. I also was confused about the "dividend" on the class A non-voting preferred. I am unclear as to what the ballpark payout might be on these shares at various settlement amounts. So I asked about that. I'll keep you posted if I get a reply.
