Please don't be so shortsighted to believe that he could steal 18 million and all of a sudden make a mountain out of a catastrophe in which he and soley he had gotten us into.
I have filed the appropriate class action in the superior court of California and you shall be seeing it on the thread as soon as I have the full details to disclose. If Mr. Michaels cares to settle I assure you that it will not be cheap for him.
Let me make it quite clear that I am also a shareholder. I never informed you because it is not of importance to what I am trying to do. I do care that I get back what I invested, but if I don't its a loss. But I rather see a jailbird in jail, that to hurt other countries and less adversley affected people in the future. I am sure that you appreciate that I will get back my money and my claimants, and will be in short order. I promised I would do this, and I am one of few people who will do what they say and finally get what others have just allowed mr. M. to walk over you with.

Wish yourself good luck that he settles with me and doesn't try that B.S. Counter suit cause he has no chance in hell to win. He settled once before and I assure you he will again, When your wrong your wrong and you settle. Just like clinton, only when he got caught did he admit it. Michaels will admit it cause I have all of his past employee's prepared to testify against him.
