VGCP - I think the market is waiting for the phase two financing announcement. I don't expect that until the end of the month at the earliest. Both New York State and Tennessee are competing for the location of the data processing and administrative facility that will be built and employ many people. What the market is missing is that each release is another piece to a very large and complex puzzle. The market doesn't understand this story yet. But if everything falls into place as it appears it's going to IMO this company will be trading on a big board a year from now.
