DEVASTATING NEWS ALERT: Just off of Biziness Wire; IMHO will tank tomorrow on this tragic news. Possibility it could drag ROFL down with it. A reliable source has told this reporter that IMHO's perceived literary protection has been deemed worthless by a Federal judge late this afternoon, and I-net writers will no longer be able to use IMHO as a disclaimer and employ IMHO to protect them from prosecution. The judge further stated that , "if you write it, you are solely and fully responsible for any actions that are taken by others as a result of your statement or statements, and you can be held responsible for losses incurred by others and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. ROFL, recognized as a major deterrent to maintaining concentration and focus on full time day-traders, is also expected to be delisted after the same judge that ruled against IMHO addresses ROFL tomorrow morning.
