Zbyte and ALL,
I repeat below my post from this morning... edited with the addition you, Zbyte, so desired. After having gone through the so-called "posts" today, I feel totally disgusted. With the exception of a very few, this thread, which I had thought was one of the best on SI, is turning into... well you figure it out. All the great longs... right!! Long for what... a few days? No, long doesn't mean "long-term" (i.e.: a few years) to many...I didn't say all... on this thread. IMO, it just means you're not selling (trading) today. Sitting around sucking up the DD done by a few of us who perhaps strongly believe in this company's chances for success and believe in doing DD on our investments... and then trading the stock with your internet discount broker. A few years ago when there was no widespread use of the internet, you couldn't have done what you are doing now... there were no threads. Years ago when there was no internet, I did the same DD on my investments and shared it with friends... face to face. It was a mutual sharing... something sorely lacking today... and I can assure you myself and my friends all did very well with our investments. I only wish all of you one quarter of the success... you would be very happy people. ********************************************************************* To: +MoneyBaggs (19583 ) From: +Martin E. TO ALL:
The reason I have not participated in this list is simple and as follows:
This first paragraph should, IMO, be deleted as some thread members who have contacted me and are working on deals for TSIG will be compensated in some form of commission in the normal course of business... not for "hyping". There is an outside sales consultant agreement which I just received from TSIG and which I will be happy to fax to someone tonight (leaving for the office now) with a good scanner (the print is small). Would the thread members prefer that there is no motivation for members to go out directly and get "deals" for TSIG? All ideas which have been PM'd or e-mailed to me have been printed out directly and faxed to Rob Gordon with names attached. It is my impression that the delay in some of the follow through is awaiting the imminent opening of the new website.
The second paragraph (third Paragraph of Sam's original post):
<<I also am not being compensated in any form to post or influence others to post negitive remarks on Tsig, tsig.com, Teleservices International group Inc., or any affiliate, partner, or business alliance of the above mentioned names or companys..>>
... should probably be changed, and is all that is probably needed, if anyone wants to participate, to:
**"I am not, nor is any relative, associate or any affiliated party, being compensated in any form to post OR influence others to promote OR to post negative remarks on Tsig, tsig.com, Teleservices International group Inc., or any affiliate, partner, or business alliance of the above mentioned names or companies."** IMO, this one sentence is all that should be necessary.
I don't personally think this is a good idea because, unfortunately, it won't work and I don't think it will serve any purpose. They may be doing it for personal reasons, ie: lower the stock price or hype for their own personal gain, without being compensated by anyone... such as the old pump & dump.
I vote against it (sorry)... and I'm not getting paid [althought I might earn a commission or split a commission, as will others on the thread, if I (they) bring in a "deal" that closes]. I just don't see that it will serve any legal function... and the "bashers" couldn't care less.
Best always,
Marty
Therefore, in following the KISS rule (Keep It Simple Stupid... no offense intended to anyone):
**"I am not, nor is any relative, associate or any affiliated party, being compensated in any form to post OR influence others to promote OR to post negative remarks on Tsig, tsig.com, Teleservices International group Inc., or any affiliate, partner, or business alliance of the above mentioned names or companies."**

If any read into this entire post that I am probably, as some have PM'd me, "ticked-off" then you have interpreted it correctly. I have been straight and honest with the members of this thread... talking about what I felt were the good things as well as the old problems of TSIG quite openly. There were even a few times that people thought I was "bashing" regarding the old website and a few other small things. But, as many know, I am a "detail" person and I will question things that are of concern to me in any of my investments. For anyone to question my integrity... particularly leaches who never do any DD! Sorry, that is too much! My integrity is more important to me than anything else I have.
I will continue to keep my TSIG shares locked away in a Trust for my grandchildren. I will not watch the ticker every minute. I didn't even know what it closed at today until tonight. Why should I care? I'm not selling for quite a long, long time... if ever. I guess I'm just one of those poor stupid investors who does his DD and makes his investment and lets it work out. And I will continue to do my DD. And I will continue to try and help this company get to the top as quickly as possible by relaying ideas for further business "deals" to the Company. But, perhaps with rare exception, I will relay my opinions and DD findings like in the "good old days" to friends in private. The day-traders and momentum traders are on their own as far as I'm concerned. They can do their own DD.
In case anyone is curious, I have spent about 6-8 hours/day, 7 days/week, for many, many months responding to PMs and e-mails from thread members with questions I might possibly be able to answer (although the information was already public), and answering e-mails from the many who have been good enough to send ideas in for potential new business "deals" for TSIG and faxing them directly to Rob Gordon (who I have never even met!). Why did I do it? Because I believe in this company and its management and its gameplan... and, frankly, I enjoyed it. But guess what? After today I no longer find it a pleasurable hobby. I have never had my honesty and integrity questioned before. Nobody could ever pay me enough to compromise that!! I made my "oath of allegiance" above... and now I'm done with it.
Good luck to all. Oh, and one last thing so you know it's really me:
Be Right!!!... Sit Tight!!!
Best always,
Marty |
