We have twice as many people online here when you compare the averages. Telco's are like the Gov't. they never do what makes logical sense. Then as with the Average Gov' Contract, it's never done properly, no research to find out how to do something, never ask the people who have been launching rockets for 25 years for advice on what is really needed, just give some specifications and get something so screwed up, that it takes 3 times the people to run it, cost 10 times more than it should, and watch the contractor hired build something that does not work half the time. The Gov't pays $200 for a Hammer, $400.00 for a Screwdriver, and speaking of Screwdrivers, the Gov't want's me to pay them $20,000. in back Taxes??? Not me! I'll send them a Black & Decker Chain Saw and tell them to keep the change! JW@KSC
