I dont agree with your analysis.

Interest rate is not going up.
Housing starts has been flat but will be rising shortly. Wait for the housing report around Wednesday next week. As the weather warms up, low and medium income housing will picks up.

CAV is going into the industry stronger season. Winter is mild on the East Coast this year.

If CAV breaks out of $11 it should rise steadily up.
