I think I have to disagree - Ingram is already doing a great job of snapping up IE's small-medium sized resellers (pricing/avlability, etc.) - they are in mass adoption mode. As far as the large resellers go, Inacom is the way to go - there services offering is what makes the difference. I believe that IE's idea of buying-up their largest resellers will be the daeth of them - just look at what they did to Bizmart and Future Now (XLC) - they just don't have the operational management in place to do this well. In concusion, Ingram just doesn't need the headache of this purchase (IE still has a lot of internal system, shipping and availability issues). JW
