pa, it would help us to know our driver's motivation, heh? ;-) of course, nobody ever overproduces, huh? that would be dumb. and nobody would ever build a fab that they would never use. that would be dumb. you know as well as any here that there is one way to reduce cost in this industry. increase output. everyone reduces cost (ie, increases output) and hopes others don't follow suit. that is the rule and it isn't nearly as dumb as building a fab at the top...
