I think Hyundai has purchased some oxide etch systems
recently for contact and spacer applications. I don't know
if they will announce it publicly as they have for
Samsung orders.

My feeling is that Hyundai would be more aggressive
with the order once they settle merger issue with
LG. Also they are more cautious with the expansion
plan as they are carefully monitoring DRAM pricing
situation.

I believe that upturn is definitely here with us in
semiequipment sector. HOwever, I don't think we are
seeing the fast ramp-up by most chipmakers as in the
days of 95-96. It is more gradual ramp-up since most
chipmakers don't want to overproduce and create supply
imbalance which started last semi-industry downturn.

The trend of Lam stock price will be up but it will have
some ups and downs. IN the meanwhile, try to establish more
position when it dips for a long term gain.

PS: Do you know how sales of Lam CMP polisher is doing?
