I don't quite agree. EMC is like DELL a couple of years back. They are on top of the food chain with rock bottom component price. Fat margin and not much competition except some old timer (like CPQ was to DELL). Internet explosion not only requires bandwidth but data, data, data so storage still have more legs to go.

I also think server market is less vulnerable to IT downturn if there is one. Demand for web servers is only going to go up. With all these sub 500$ pc's hungry for web pages, I think there is a shortage of server power, someone has to serve to them. Look at all these web companies buying server farms to keep up with the traffic. Ask EGRP, SCH. :)
