Yesterday Cowan downgrades Dell and this morning on the Bloomberg report it was mentioned to keep an eye on Dell as Michael Dell filed with the Sec to sell another 4 million shares of his company. This news concerns me. Is is running from something? How are we shareholders supposed to feel when Michael Dell is selling after a downgrade?? I think somebody should speak of this to Mr. Dell at the next shareholders meeting and make it plain how suspicious this looks!!! Frank
