ACRT would make a terrible short. You will just drive the price higher when you cover. You need a company that has a fundamental problem with its business plus overvaluation. I am not implying ACRT is overvalued, just watch out for volatility--there is a big difference. Do you know of any investors who would be upset if they bought at $17 and ACRT trades at $14. You need long-term investors.
