Robert ......have not been a holder of the stock for well over a year...lost a bundle like a lot of people.....have not seen or spoken to Downey since I attended the bankruptcy court hearings...for your information their 'phone number is 716-874-8696 as listed in the 1998-99 telephone directory.......I have heard nothing of this company since I walked out of the bankruptcy court after hearing the judge say sell the assets to pay the creditors....hope any current stockholders get something from their holdings.....if you recall one my last posts, I was told one or two days prior to the judges decision to sell the patents, and other assets, I was expecting Downie to have another plan for additional finances to save the company at that time....the day of the court hearing I was told otherwise.....you talk about being "blind-sighted".....anyway, good luck to you guys.....Ted
