CMGI CEO says buying Lycos is one option I have a high degree of faith in Wetherell, but I don't get this one. What was the average selling price for the Lycos stock that CMGI unloaded? Wasn't it much lower than where it trades today? While I can understand the concept of protecting the value of the remaining investment, buying LCOS cuts against the grain of the incubator strategy... Mark, Badon, Millionairess, BAM... Any thoughts here?
