Actually, TransPoint developed OFX 2.0 for bill Presentment (not that they had the right too). Mostly because the current version of OFX was not robust enough for EBPP.

In fact, the reason it has taken so long to develop IFX is because neither OFX or Gold had decent EBPP features.

Yes, But that was first/second Generation EBPP. And according to the CheckFree CIO, they had to use extensions off of OFX to support the CheckFree product. In any case, CheckFree is now entering Third Generation, which requires Payment Tracking, enhanced error handling/tracking, etc. CheckFree will start to implement later this summer (currently in alpha testing).
