I don't see anything from these sales as particularly disturbing. Insiders exercising options and selling is no big deal. Large sales of existing positions is a different matter. I think this is all much ado about nothing from what I've read. These lawyers are a bunch of scumbags and no one should believe a thing they say - anything they can settle for will first go to pay their fees and then you will get nothing. I'm a lawyer and this behavior is disgusting.

As shareholders we should be more concerned with why the company, in light of $4B in backorders, cannot grow revenues significantly. Lets also not forget that they have a significant lead in getting the Teledesic contract which will launch something like 200-300 satellites beginning next year and over the following 2-3 years. In short, I think this is a bad blip in what will be a very successful company over next 5 years.
