They are absolute. I pointed out that they can coexist with zoning laws AS LONG AS people know what they are buying into.....
That means they are still absolute, but as an individual you can choose to abdicate some, if a basic local dictum is in place. If not, then you search for land that you can do as you please with.
I don't see how I have altered my original stance. I made that point ages ago.
In any case, the role of property rights remains absolute.
