I suspect that they can't find a accountant that will do the work for shares. Believe it or not, I even bought more of this crap stock for a bet, like IPM. Look at the USPS move, some stock jockey brokers may want to play "push the paper" with CHIP after they accumulate enough. Maybe Montle will even get a good business tip from an internet leprechaun? <VBG>
