Michael, Good random thoughts. I'm in agreement with pretty much everything. Including 11. I have been unable to uncover much more than the article you referenced re the Microsoft DM/KM initiative. I'm assuming that Microsoft will once again attempt to build 40% of the solution and attempt to garner support from vendors to use its infrastructure and 'standard'. What thoughts do you have on this? Delivery time frame? Reality? What new tricks do you think I'll need to learn? Cheers Michael
