As I am sure you are well aware of, stocks that trade relatively few shares on a daily basis tend to have wider spreads. The only good news in the spread of BOPM is that it shows there currently are no shares for sale under $0.43. A smart buyer would put up a bid below the offer to try and see if he can buy stock so he would not have to pay the offering price. If you, or anyone for that matter, were interested in buying stock I would recommend bidding for it. It may take a few days to buy shares but it will be cheaper than paying the offering.
