Bruce,

CSCO was B+ from May '97 - October '98, and moved to B- sometime in October. The status change was a great signal as the stock subsequently doubled and more from that point.

Are you saying that an RS status change from B+ to B-, i.e., from Xs to Os as in CSCO's case last October, is to be viewed as a positive move? I thought a move from Xs to Os was negative. What am I missing?

Or, are you implying that CSCO's mere doubling from last October was a weak move compared to what it would have done had the RS changed from Os to Xs rather than vice versa!!!
