SAN RAMON, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 10, 1999--COSMOZ.com, Inc. (OTC BB:CMOZ), announces that it is developing five unique theme based Internet Casinos with Global Interactive Ltd., a licensee of (OTC BB:SNMM) Starnet Communications Inc..
Cosmoz.com's first Internet casino is on schedule to be operational this month, translated in 8 different languages. Each Internet casino will offer the following 22 games: wazzu Black Jack, Roulette, Craps, Caribbean Poker, Pai Gow Poker, Free Ride, Red Dog, Battle Royal, Baccarat, Sic Bo, 2 versions of Pachinko, 3 versions of Video Poker, 3 different Slots and 4 versions of Bingo. In addition, the Internet casinos will offer Starnet's complete sports book, including soon to be offered online track betting.
On-line gaming is a $535 million industry worldwide that is expected to grow to $10 billion in three years, according to Datamonitor PLC, a market researcher in London. Cosmoz.com has been evaluating several different ways to enter the rapidly growing on- line gaming Internet niche market -- in keeping with COSMOZ.com's previously stated objectives.
Global Interactive Corp., a licensee of Starnet Communications, recently offered Cosmoz.com a complete turnkey online gaming package deal, with several advantages over the other alternatives the company has been evaluating. This includes the online gaming design, website maintenance, licenses, 24-hour 7-day tech support and real time e-commerce through Starnet's EFS Caribbean Ltd. The deal also offers Cosmoz.com the lowest start-up costs, highest casino winnings payout, lowest licensing fees, lowest hosting fees and fastest set-up time.
Cosmoz.com will not be proceeding with the purchase of CyberSpades.com and all funds advanced are being returned to the company. Cosmoz.com is very pleased to now be working with an established online gaming leader.
