PMJI, bm, but your broad, sweeping comment that "Democrats despise private industry..." is ridiculous. The fact is that the so-called anti-trust action is motivated by state versus state industry rivalries. It's Senator versus Senator, based on what company has the most influence (contributions/employees) in their constituent state.

As far as the fact that DoJ is more active now than it was 6-7 years ago--that doesn't mean that Dems are against big business. It means that DoJ under the Dems does tend to interfere more PLUS, the business landscape has dramatically changed since 1992. We are no longer in a recession. High tech has taken off.

BTW, as I recall, Orin Novell Hatch started all this when we had a Republican president.
