Perhaps Frankfurt offers something not available in US markets - fewer questions. Is it possible that having that listing allows the company, insiders, shareholders of acquired companies and their advisors to unload shares that they couldn't sell in the US because they don't want to make the disclosures required in a registration statement? BTW, it can't be "just the right vehicle to catch shorts" unless it is shortable. Right now, all it can be is a vehicle to catch longs. Bob
