Also, do we know for a fact that the SPO comes out tomorrow? And does the price of EGGS have to be at a certain point for the SPO to follow? Obviously you haven't worked for a brokerage firm, done many IPOs or secondaries, etc, and thats okay and is the reason I am taking time out to respond. There are all kinds of reasons why a deal may not come on the targeted day...however all signs point to internets being strong, the market is in okay shape and I would think the stock gets priced tomorrow for Friday. The price will be dependent upon where the stock finishes up as guidance and then it usually is priced on the bid or below to entice the new holders and give them some "instant icing" so to speak. As for the price of EGGS, management knows where the price of the stock is and they are proceeding, so in this case I would suspect your question about the price being at a certain point is mute. bonne chance
