I have done some digging and I think , I repeat, I THINK I know what it is. I may be wrong but I beleave a buyout/merger of some sort is in the works. Call the company! Ask questions in every way you can think of. Invester relations is VERY tight lipped!! They are NOT wanting to say anything. Word your way around it and you might get the answer. Get it?
