Bruce, I held back info because it seems that around court time someone pumps the stock only to see vast amounts of stock being traded. The info I held back is common info anyone can get from the court so it is not insiders information. I just do not want to be part of the hype for what every reason it is being done. I was used in the past, it left a very bad taste in my mouth. OK, court! It is being extended til May 4. Why? Katherine has not been served. We are also clarifying the amount as $3.6M (funny Dr. Meade brought this up with a question to me the day of the court) I am told we will be using different means to serve, if not successful then it will be posted as public notice in the paper.
