MANASSAS, VA. (March 10) BUSINESS WIRE -March 10, 1999--PACEL Corp. (NASD
OTC BB: PLRP) announced today the polanned formation of an internet
E-Commerce company site: www.e-business-stor.com to expand sales and
distribution of PACEL hardware and software products.
PACEL Corp. will also incorporate products and services of two other
pending acquisitions now in the due diligence phase. The site will be
developed as an electronic portal for businesses to obtain direct
on-line consulting services for determining their actual needs and
methods available to meet them, as well as, the actual purchase of
software and equipment.
The site will provide small and medium sized businesses a way to access
and utilize the same technology for technical competency evaluations
used by the fortune 500 companies in accessing their future technology
needs, at much lower rates, by capitalizing on proven technology and
talent.
Network engineers, software engineers and systems analysts will answer
client questions, design custom systems, and provide the training and
technical support to operate them.
PACEL Corp. will capitalize on it's own expertise, the expertise of the
pending acquisitions, and the network of expertise it will identify and
manage as a pool of "just in time" resources that are available when
required to satisfy the needs of the clients.
This portal will provide PACEL with the ability to service the needs of
businesses utilizing today's emerging electronic technologies to help
our clients create and sustain their competitive advantage within their
