Glenn, here's something that I didn't know. Forrester Research president George Colony once called the "Thing". Amazon.toast. That's one hell of an expensive piece of toast. Don't you think?? Ps "It's a characterization Bezo's competitors have found out costly. They may also have missed that, in focusing on the consumer in a way few Web entrepreneurs can match, he is actually trying to transform the world". Now that's some PR. Don't you think?? Even I'm starting to believe this guy is God.
