sticky key; usually you can pry/pop the key off the shaft of the switch. try a smooth table knife. a little windex sprayed on the shaft, then work it a few times. check to see if there's any peanut butter around the area where the body of the key (cap) fits. If this doesn't do it, chuck the whole thing and get a new one...they're dirt cheap now anyway. good luck.
