All, I am a little dismayed with FNET's press release about having spent the time up front to create a system with the capacity to take on disgruntled AOL customers. I called today about a home connection and was told that they are installing more lines and more modems and that they have to get back to me later to hook up. On the one hand I'm glad that they are experiencing the volume level that they are. But, on the other hand, I don't think that it paints that great a picture to beat your chest about capacity and then make applicants wait. I'm still bullish on FTEL but I hope this doesn't leave the wrong impression.
