"Tuesday 3/9/99 PM:  (...)  There were many sell signals after today's action, including in the OSX itself.  This should be the beginning of a short cycle downtrend in the sector.
Friday 3/5/99 AM:  Try not to get the "this is it" syndrome.   Certainly the acute rise in the price of oil has helped the sector in the near term, the probability of going straight up from here is low.  Look for a sell signal within the next 3 to 10 trading days."

This sell signal is based on stochastics. I know the OSX is up 4.36 pts so far today. Any comments?
