George, it's hard getting information from these guys. Why the stock is declining, I have no idea. I'm going by the latest news release they had announcing the partnership between Amoil and Fountain Oil. They are going to drill the Sandy Lake area for oil. Remember Fountain Oil is trading around $5.00 on the Nasdaq exchange, meaning Amoil is in with a pretty respectable company. Im keeping my fingers crossed hoping they come up with some good drill results. But like I said it's hard to get info from this company.
