Disclaimer: this post is directed at no one in particular. It is
especially not directed at Dr. GCG (Dell Thread), who had me jailed
for pointing out
the hipocrasy of calling himself a writer and sprinkling every post
with substitutions of "u" for "you."
(For the record I was saying f "u" not f "you," get it?) And it
certainly isn't directed at
anthony@pacific, who had my blazing pistol .gif on my profile
removed while his own profile continues to have a pistol pointed
right at me, saying, "looking for my next victim."

Bob, and others, thank you for all the kind things and good wishes
during the last 5 days while I rotted in jail. You are now looking
at a kinder, gentler, Aloha Mike. In fact to prove my utter
rehabilitation, I offer the following:
"All right, all right, I apologize. I'm really, really sorry. I
apologize unreservedly. I offer a complete and utter retraction. The
imputations were totally without basis in fact and were in no way fair
comments, they were motivated purely by malice, and I deeply regret any
distress that my comments may have caused you or the SI family, and I
