Maxnet Inc. (OTC BB:MXNT) announced that it has purchased Thunderstone's Texis Server NT RDBMS software as the backbone for MXNT's Auction Portal.

Elcom International Inc. (NASDAQ: ELCO) announced that its Internet sales site became "live". Elcom.com's Internet sales site will be expanded later in March to include product auctioning capabilities and during the second quarter of this year, will offer office supplies and subsequently, other products.
