You failed to mention that Scott Mayer was granted his motion to be dismissed from the action as well. The Judge has signed the court order already. So, three defendants have been released as of today, and you mentioned only TWO.

Mork would have to refile with an amended complaint renaming any of the three released defendants with specific charges and allegations to get them added back to the case. I believe that he may do this.

There has been no further motions, or pleading filed by Mork's attorneys for many months. And if Mork's attorney does not file an amended complaint with specific information and charges for each defendant by 15 March, 1999, then the action will be dismissed without further notice.
